We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the chance to interact with our valued customers, assist them with their banking needs, and ensure their satisfaction. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to make a positive impact, this could be the perfect role for you! Full-Time Hours: Shifts range from 7:15 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday with Saturday rotation

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
2. Learn new banking responsibilities including: Opening new accounts for customers and Giving guidance to customers regarding bank products & services.
3. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns along with maintaining a high level of confidentiality and security when handling customer information and transactions.
